  • Can I buy a home without a bank loan? 
    Yes, you can.  We have different home purchase programs depending on your situation.
  • How do I qualify for a Rent to Own or Vendor Financed home?
    Qualifying is easy, in a nutshell you need:

    1. The Move in Money all ready to go and
    2. You need to comfortably afford the weekly investment, so your combined gross income must be more than 3 times the weekly investment and
    3. You need to be a great tenant with no history of evictions or late rent payments.
    4. You need to be ready for the burden of home ownership
  • How quickly can I move in?
    You can move in right away. The time between when you submit your application to holding the keys to your new home can be as little as one to two weeks!
  • Do I need a solicitor?
    Yes, you will need a solicitor. If you’re working with someone else and they say they want to save you money by leaving solicitors out of the picture, run for the hills!
  • What if I have bad credit?
    Sufficient income is our biggest criteria, next to having a good tenant history.
  • How does this all work?
    1. Have a look at our Available Homes
    2. Drive past the ones you’re interested in and check them out
    3. When you see the home you want print out our application and return it fully completed
    4. Inspect the home once we approve your application
    5. Put down your holding deposit
    6. Approve some paperwork and deposit your remaining move in money
    7. Get the keys and Move In!
    8. Invite your friends and family over to your new Home Sweet Home
